The Management Associate is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub function/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Spends ~18 months in a rotational program that introduces the associate to variety operations families within the operations infrastructure Uses sound knowledge of operations functions
- Utilizes fundamental knowledge across a variety of operations functions to gain internal understanding
- Performs basic operational support, and analysis on business and system processes
- Manages daily operational planning and projects that assist in reaching team goals
- Administers and implements department policies and procedures.
- Uses broad understanding of business, system processes and industry standards
- Initiates and manages ongoing multidisciplinary projects
- Lead projects and manages workload distribution as a team lead
- Works on complex in-depth business and system processes
- Applies good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the goals of the sub function / job family
- Deals with most problems autonomously and has some latitude to solve complex problems
- Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices
- Moderate but direct impact through quality and timeliness of services provided that effect own team and closely related teams
- Applies project management skills
- Requires attention to detail when making judgments based on the analysis of factual information

- May occasionally provide informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team members
- Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information
- Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years relevant experience
- Basic to intermediate level experience in an operations role (combination of education/experience)

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

- Construya una fuerte relación de colaboración entre los equipos de Ops Sucursales y las áreas de tecnología, procesos sucursales y comités para aprobación de iniciativas/proyectos tecnológicos.
- Definición de funcionalidades (épicas e historias de usuario) sobre los distintos aplicativos que hoy se utilizan en sucursal.
- Seguimiento de aprobación de HU y cumplimiento en la ejecución de los proyectos tecnológicos.
- Presentación de iniciativas de proyectos en los distintos comités que sea requerido y/o áreas de control.
- Aprobación de las matrices de pruebas definidas para cada proyecto/funcionalidad.
- Sanity post implementación, test en sucursales sobre las liberaciones realizadas por tecnología.

El rol debe mantener un enfoque vista cliente y de innovación que busque mejorar la experiência del cliente con el servicio ofrecido en sucursales a través de la gestión de proyectos tecnológicos en los aplicativos que hoy utilizan los ejecutivos en sucursal. Los objetivos están orientados a:

- Simplificar procesos
- Mejorar ambiente de control
- Eficiencia operativa
- Nuevas funcionalidades

**Conocimientos adicionales**:

- Gestión de Proyectos
- Agile / Scrum Master
- JIRA
- Conocimientos en operaciones y conocimientos básicos de otras áreas de negocio

Al menos 1 año en áreas de operación de Citibanamex en:

- Documentación de procesos, calidad o reingeniería
