**The Role**:
The DE Program Manager at Cooperative Computing plays a pivotal role in leading the Digital Maturity Enablement (DME) process. This role involves overseeing the execution of DME, facilitating necessary assistance, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables, and serving as the main point of communication throughout the DME journey. The DE Program Manager will also present key findings to clients and facilitate strategy workshops, ensuring alignment with digital maturity goals.
**Capabilities**:
- Proven experience in leading digital enablement projects, with a focus on strategic planning, budget management, and client relationship management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Capability to coordinate various aspects of projects, ensuring seamless execution from assessment to strategy formulation.
- Demonstrated agility in adopting new technologies and adapting strategies to evolving market trends, ensuring continuous digital leadership.
- Responsibility for managing DME project budgets, including detailed cost analysis and pricing strategies.
- Accountability for achieving targeted gross profit margins and effectively managing project risks.
- Strong analytical skills in financial management, including cost-benefit analysis and pricing strategies.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in roles managing profitable projects and delivering client-focused solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential; a master's degree or professional certifications in digital technologies or project management are advantageous.
**Results**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital enablement strategies for clients, facilitating their transition into digitally mature organizations.
- Actively engage in business development, leveraging your expertise in digital enablement to attract new clients and grow existing relationships.
- Successfully conduct comprehensive Digital Maturity Assessments, addressing areas like branding, marketing, sales, and customer engagement to identify growth bottlenecks and operational friction.
- Develop and execute targeted digital strategies that lead to tangible client benefits such as increased revenue, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
- Deliver the DME phases (DMA, DMS, DMX) within the specified timelines and within the allocated budget.
- Ensure the pricing structure is adhered to while maintaining high client satisfaction and achieving targeted growth percentages.
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement throughout the DME process.
- Effectively present and communicate the DME strategy and execution plans to clients.
- Effectively integrate and present key digital enablement metrics and insights in executive dashboards, aiding C-suite decision-making and strategic alignment.
- Cultivate a team of professional experts in digital enablement, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous professional growth.
