Tech company is looking for proactive, responsible Bilingual Customer Service
**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming support tickets
- Provide consulting and technical support of the equipment marketed by the company
- Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner
- Request parts or components to perform equipment´s repairs
- Keep customer informed of how and when problems are resolved.
**Qualifications and skills**
- Computer Engineering degree or other related technical computer experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service and Technical Support Experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Learning ability.
- Problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Logical reasoning.
Pay: From $16,000.00 per month
