La vacante
El rol de Commercial Lead es fundamental para que Calii siga creciendo agresivamente, posicionándose como la manera más inteligente de hacer el súper en LatAm.
Como Commercial Lead, serás una de las manos derechas del Commercial & Procurement Head y estarás a cargo de formular la selección ideal de productos y categorías del súper y de e-commerce para nuestros usuarios. Gestionarás relaciones con marcas líderes y proveedores clave, buscando fomentar colaboraciones comerciales sinérgicas a largo plazo. A la par, evaluarás el desempeño de tu cartera de productos y categorías de forma sistemática para asegurar los mejores precios, rentabilidad y selección de productos para nuestros clientes.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Formular la selección ideal de productos y categorías del súper y de e-commerce
- Catalogar y/o desarrollar productos nuevos de alta convicción de marcas reconocidas y propias
- Explorar áreas de oportunidad para eficientar cadenas de suministro
- Gestionar de forma efectiva la relación con nuestros proveedores
- Evaluar sistemáticamente todos los datos relevantes de tus productos y categorías a nível nacional, incluyendo su desempeño
