Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Payroll Supervisor.

**What you’ll do**:
**Job summary**

Responsable de realizar el proceso de pago de nómina así como el cumplimiento a las obligaciones fiscales y laborales que este proceso tales como declaración anual de salarios, pagos de PTU, Aguinaldo, Fondo de ahorro y demás beneficios a los empleados.

**Job responsibilities**

A. Llevar a cabo la preparación y contabilización de la nómina semanal de personal sindicalizado y quincenal del de confianza, así como de nóminas especiales (Prestaciones, Pago de Finiquitos, Indemnizaciones, etc.)
B. Verificar la aplicación correcta de las deducciones tales como FONACOT, INFONAVIT, Prestamos a empleados, pensiones alimenticias, caja de ahorro, Porvenir Eaton, etc.;
C. Validación de los conceptos gravados y exentos de la nómina, así como el impuesto a retener.
D. Verificar razonabilidad en los pagos de salarios con respecto a la nómina inmediata anterior para evitar pagos equivocados.
E. Validar de forma mensual el pago a instituciones como FONACOT, IMSS, 2% sobre nómina.
F. Ejecutar y/o validar mensualmente o bimestralmente el proceso de pago de contribuciones de seguridad social y amortizaciones de créditos INFONAVIT, así como la verificación de Salario diario integrado base para los cálculos.
G. Ejecutar periódicamente pagos extraordinarios a todos los empleados como son el pago de fondo de ahorro a los empleados. aguinaldos, PTU y cálculo de bonificaciones, cuando aplique.
H. Ejecutar anualmente la declaración de sueldos, verificando la integridad de la información, así como los impuestos retenidos entregado un reporte individual a los empleados que lo requieran.
I. Solventar todo tipo de requerimientos de asuntos referentes a la nómina por parte de la autoridad como puede ser la SHCP, IMSS e INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc.
J. Soportar todo tipo de auditorías internas e internas (IMSS, INFONAVIT, Estados financieros, etc.)
K. Manejar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de trabajo por medio de entrenamientos y proporcionando oportunidades para el desarrollo de sus competencias.
L. Analiza los problemas / detalles de nómina, e implementa planes de acción para resolver el problema y generar mejoras.
M. Maneja métricas clave de desempeño operacional para lograr objetivos definidos.
N. Evalúa el impacto de los problemas clave mediante la coordinación de recursos (incluida la funcionalidad cruzada) para resolver problemas críticos
O. Se comunica de forma asertiva con los equipos de proveedores de IT y sistemas de nómina para garantizar que la aplicación de nómina funcione como se espera a diario, así como para coordinar las mejoras de producción y el soporte / pruebas de producción según sea necesario para mantener los níveles de producción y el cumplimiento.
P. Se mantiene al día con los cambios clave del negocio, incluidos los procesos regulatorios, procesos y técnicos asistiendo a seminarios y suscribiendo / leyendo / compartiendo los resultados.
Q. Lleva el proceso de fin de año para generar documentos fiscales para todos los empleados en México.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduado Universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas o Carrera a fin.
- 5-7 años de experiência en la misma posición en el mismo sector industrial
- Familiarizado con los sistemas de información de nómina (Tress, Oracle, SUA)
- Conocimientos legales sobre seguridad social, impuesto de nómina, etc.
- Inglés / español bilingüe (preferible)
- Competente en MS Office / Excel, capaz de desarrollar hojas de cálculo "
- Toma decisiones/Resuelve problemas
- Se esfuerza para obtener resultados
