RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a multi-disciplinary and cross-divisional product team to deliver value to internal and external customers of the Firm
- Responsible of align strategy to execution through the development and maintenance of the client's product roadmap, outlining the body of work expected now, next, and into the future
- Manage the system plans and support artifacts encompassing resource needs, stakeholder solution requirements, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and success criteria as necessary to deliver business value
- Lead their matrixed product team through influence as well as task assignment authority, mentoring and coaching all team members to fulfill the product vision
- Advise and align with adjacent product teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive progression of the product strategy

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or related field
- Broad and deep knowledge of financial services concepts, practices, and procedures, with an emphasis in client onboarding or contact relationship Systems
- Fundamental knowledge in Product Management techniques and practices
- Experience in leading and launching more than 1 product (or key product capability) to market
- A robust understanding of full-cycle software development within an Agile framework
- Comprehensive experience working within all levels of management in organization, up to Director level
- Able to convert Product Vision and Business Cases to a Product roadmap
- Detail orientation with strong analytical capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
