Position: After Sales & Returns Specialist Job Description: We're currently looking for an After Sales & Returns Specialist for our Guadalajara Office. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to contribute individually and as a team member in providing a great experience to our customers and suppliers through RMAs orders.What You'll Be Doing: Responsible for the day-to-day post-sales activities, sales support and customer service tasks for specified customers/suppliers and assigned accounts. Maintains efficiencies in corporate operational processes and procedures. Serves as a liaison between Arrow's internal resources (field sales, engineering, supplier marketing, manufacturing facilities, purchasing and other corporate departments), suppliers, and customers.Problem Resolution: Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve post-sales problems.Support Management: Support sales team with direct customer contact for post-Invoice issuesAttend/lead the supplier quality calls and set internal action plan and communicate to appropriate account team members.What We Are Looking For: Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of electronic industry experience in customer support, planning, procurement or related.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.Even Better if You Have:Experience with ERPs: Oracle.Work Arrangement:Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days from homeWhat's In It For You:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
