S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage purchase orders, order entry, and order status updates
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, 3PL warehouses, and internal teams
• Track deliveries and proactively resolve delays or exceptions
• Reconcile inventory between systems and investigate discrepancies
• Communicate order and delivery updates to customers and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records across portals and systems Requirements
• 1–2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order management
• Strong attention to detail with high-volume, multi-system work
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Availability to work U.
S. business hours
• Based in Mexico, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection Nice to Have
• Experience with NetSuite, an ERP, or a TMS
• Experience working with U.
S. carriers and 3PLs
