Right now we are looking for a Performance Optimization Manager to join our team
Execute and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads with a focus on achieving performance or media KPIs.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization and improvement to drive maximum results.
Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics, showcasing campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for further optimization.
Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance, generate insights, and refine targeting and creative strategies.
Build and update dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.
Act as a mentor and curator for junior and middle specialists, providing guidance, support, and sharing best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge in paid social advertising.
Collaborate closely with the English-speaking Client Service team, ensuring effective communication, understanding client requirements, and addressing their needs and concerns.
At least four years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing performance-driven paid search campaigns.
Strong command of paid search platforms, with a particular focus on Google Ads.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Background working with Google Ads, paid social platforms, DSPs or other digital advertising tools.
