Right now we are looking for a Performance Optimization Manager to join our team
Execute and optimize social campaigns across various platforms, such as Meta, Linkedin, and more with a focus on achieving media or performance KPIs.
Utilize your expertise in paid social advertising to develop and implement effective campaign strategies, targeting methods, and ad creatives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization and improvement to drive maximum results.
Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics, showcasing campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for further optimization.
Build and update dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.
Collaborate closely with the English-speaking Client Service team, ensuring effective communication, understanding client requirements, and addressing their needs and concerns.
At least two years of experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns focused on media or performance KPIs.
Solid experience working with major social advertising platforms, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and others.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights and make informed optimization decisions.
Understanding of audience targeting, creative best practices and bidding strategies within paid social environments.
English proficiency.
