1.0 About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 3-5 years of specific experience in the Telecom Market specifically SIM card and SIM related solutions within Latin America (LATAM). This role is pivotal for driving sales growth by building and managing strategic relationships with key players in Telecommunications sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, seeding new markets, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients in the region.
2.0 Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Target & Strategy: Achieve and exceed annual individual and team sales KPIs. Develop and implement short-term (1-year) and long-term (3-year) strategic growth plans for the LATAM market, focusing on increasing market share for SIM card and SIM solutions.
· Business Development: Proactively identify, develop, and qualify new sales opportunities within the Telecom verticals. Build a robust pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.
· Full-Cycle Sales Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customers. Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to closure, including customer meetings, proposal development, presentations, quotations, and tender participation.
· Relationship & Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at Telecom customers and channel partners. Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage contract renewals and expansions.
· Market Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the LATAM SIM card market, including regulatory trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, to tailor solutions and advise internal teams.
· Collaboration & Support: Work closely with internal technical, product, and marketing teams to design customer-specific solutions, support product demonstrations, and relay critical market feedback.
· Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, coordinating with internal departments to provide timely and effective solutions.
3.0 Candidate Profile & Requirements:
· Experience: 3 to 5 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record in the SIM card, eSIM, or related telecom services market. experience selling to Telecommunications Operators (MNOs/MVNOs)
· Industry Knowledge: Non-negotiable familiarity with the LATAM telecom landscape. Established network and understanding of key players, purchasing processes, and market dynamics in major LATAM countries (especially Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Chile, Colombia).
· Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously from a home base. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
· Language: Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory. Portuguese is a significant plus.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
· Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively within LATAM and internationally (e.g., China, Singapore) for client meetings, trainings, and exhibitions as required.
