This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their accounting career while gaining hands-on experience in mortgage finance operations. This role will assist with daily financial transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting month-end close activities specific to mortgage lending.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor escrow and trust accounts.
Help maintain accurate general ledger accounts and subledgers.
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with the loan processing, post-closing, and servicing departments for financial data accuracy.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (completed or in progress).
~1–2 years of accounting experience preferred, ideally in the mortgage, banking, or financial services industry.
~ Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
~ Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Punctuality and attendance bonus of $2,200 MXN tax free monthly
