MISIÓN DEL PUESTO
Potencializar la efectividad del cierre de venta de las propuestas generadas, utilizando todas las herramientas de pricing que permitan ofrecer tiempos de respuesta ágiles y eficientes.
RESPONSABILIDADES O FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO
Elaborar de manera eficiente y efectiva cotizaciones de importación y exportación para el staff de ventas (inside sales y/o outside sales).
Realizar cotizaciones LCL de importación y exportación a clientes no asignados.
Analizar el envío de cotizaciones
Cerrar el mayor número de cotizaciones
Participar de manera exitosa en la elaboración de RFQ's.
Dar seguimiento a RFQ's en los que se ha participado.
Captura de gastos locales por ejecutivo en formato editable y PDF.
Elaborar tarifarios de acuerdo a excepciones determinadas por el ejecutivo de ventas.
Revisar itinerarios en línea de importación y exportación garantizando que la información proporcionada corresponda a lo publicado en PDF y tarifario.
Revisar y actualizar listado de almacenes y navieras e infirmar a ventas
Elaborar routing orders en sistema e infirmara Customer Servicie número de referencia.
Comunicación efectiva con clientes internos de la organización.

TOMA DE DECISIONES
Seleccionar las mejores opciones en rutas , tarifas y costos que permitan teneruna buena utilizaciónen profitabilidad.
Buscar y obtener los medios necesarios para el cumplimento de sus actividadesadmirativas .
Requirimientos para position
Hablar y escribir ingles Avazado(requerido)
2 a 3 años de conocimientos de Outside Sales o de Sales support.
2 a 3 años de conocimientos del mundo logistico NVOCC or Freight Forwarder.
Estar licencidado en Negocios internationales, Adminstracion de Negocios.
