Medical Sales Consultant – LATAM

Role Summary:
The Sales Representative will drive sales growth across Latin America and the Caribbean by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting Loh Medical's mission of Mobility & Independence. This role requires a blend of consultative selling, technical knowledge, and exceptional customer service to achieve revenue targets while upholding our core values: Integrity, Service, and Clinical Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and acquire new customers while expanding business with existing accounts.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales and margin targets.
- Deliver impactful product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations showcasing Loh Medical's value proposition.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
- Provide responsive, solution-oriented service and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Document all interactions in NetSuite (emails, calls, WhatsApp) per company guidelines.
3. Sales Process & CRM Management
- Follow Loh Medical's complete sales process in NetSuite:
- Create and qualify leads.
- Follow up within 30 days.
- Convert leads to prospects and prospects to customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely estimates, sales orders, and invoices.
- Maintain data integrity for accurate reporting and forecasting.
4. Market Knowledge & Collaboration
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and product innovations to position Loh Medical effectively.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with Sales Manager and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Quality to ensure seamless service delivery.
5. Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to CQI initiatives, ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related field.
- Experience:Minimum 5 years in commercial roles, with at least 3 years in sales (medical devices, healthcare, or rehabilitation preferred).
- Proven success in multi-country or regional markets.
- Skills & Competencies:Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP systems.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- Other: Ability to thrive in a multicultural, multinational environment and committed to continuous learning.
