- -Experience in structural analysis on off-highway and agriculture products
- -Exposure to static linear, non-linear simulations using all types of non-linearity
- -Should be able to converge non-linear FE models
- -Bolt Joint analysis
- -Should be able to create FE methodology as per requirements
- -Fundamentals of machine design and Strength of Materials should be known
- -Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- -Responsible to review and discuss results with designers

Tool Knowledge:

- Structural Analysis: Hypermesh, HyperView, optistruct/Abaqus
- Fatigue Assessment: Any of the following tools TFAT, FEMFAT, nCode

Education:

- Bachelors / Master's Degree in Mechanical
