You Are:

UST is looking for a HR Manager with very good English communication skills.

Job Requirements:

- 9+ years of experience as HR manager
- Experience in IT companies
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies job duties working conditions wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
- Must have deep knowledge on the Business and functional aspects of the processes being implemented
- Relevant HRC1 certification
- Expertise in HR policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of hiring processes
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages
- Experience with performance management procedures
- Legal knowledge
- Payroll
- Clear perspective of functional and organizational objectives while designing and delivering efficient systems and processes.
- Domain knowledge in one or more areas of HR specialization.
- Process re-engineering capability Knowledge on technology automation and building scale
