Are you looking to work for a high-impact U.S.-based company, owning technology end-to-end in a role that blends AI, architecture, and growth systems?

We are seeking a senior, hands-on AI & Growth Technology Lead to fully own and build our client acquisition and growth technology stack. This role goes far beyond strategy or commercial execution — it requires deep technical ownership, including system design, AI implementation, architecture decisions, and hands-on development when needed.

This position is closest in scope to a Founding Head of Technology / Technical Lead, with a strong focus on building scalable, AI-driven systems that power acquisition, automation, and growth.

You will work directly with the Founder/CEO and play a critical role in bringing all growth and acquisition technology fully in-house.

Salary range: $2,800 – $3,800 USD/month, depending on experience and seniority.

Open to LATAM.

Mexico-based candidates are welcome, but location is flexible for the right technical fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technology stack supporting growth and client acquisition.

• Design, build, and maintain AI-driven systems, workflows, and automation.

• Architect scalable solutions across:

1. Lead generation systems
2. Outreach and automation (email, LinkedIn, CRM workflows)
3. Funnel tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization

• Implement and integrate AI models, APIs, and tools (LLMs, automation, data pipelines).

• Write and maintain code when required to support custom workflows or integrations.

• Translate business and growth needs into robust technical architectures.

• Own system reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Monitor system outputs, data quality, and AI effectiveness, continuously iterating and improving.

• Replace outsourced tools, agencies, or vendors with internal, owned systems.

• Act as the technical decision-maker for growth-related infrastructure.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership, engineering, or systems-focused roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

Software development (coding required when needed)

System architecture and integrations

AI / ML tools, APIs, and automation platforms

• Proven ability to own technology end-to-end, not just manage vendors or tools.

• Deep understanding of AI-enabled systems applied to real business workflows.

• Experience designing scalable, production-ready systems (not prototypes).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to work autonomously and make architectural decisions.

• Fluent English; Spanish is a strong plus.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.

Nice to Have

- Experience acting as a Founding Engineer, Head of Technology, or Technical Lead.
- Background in B2B SaaS, growth infrastructure, or data-driven platforms.
- Experience internalizing systems previously handled by agencies or third parties.
- Exposure to early-stage or scaling companies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and data pipelines.
