Key Responsibilities
Own Sales Lifecycle: Lead generation → deal closure (prospecting, negotiation, closing)
Build Markets: Develop GTM strategy through client pitches & industry networking
Grow Key Accounts: Deep-dive into client needs to deliver tailored solutions
Drive Strategy: Analyze markets/competitors to optimize resource allocation
Collaborate: Partner cross-functionally to enhance customer loyalty.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 yrs B2B sales success in BFSI sector is a must.
Proven track record in new client acquisition & account growth in AI, SasS area is much prefferred.
Elite negotiation/stakeholder management skills
Hunter mindset: Self-driven, proactive in ambiguous environments
