Are you detail‐oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional onboarding experience? At Syntax, we are looking for a Contractor Onboarding Coordinator to support our recruiters and contract managers in bringing top SAP and non‐SAP consultants into our teams.

This role is essential to ensuring a smooth, compliant, and timely onboarding process for all external contractors joining our global projects. You will work closely with candidates, contract managers, and multiple internal departments to keep every onboarding step on track.

What You'll Do

- Create and maintain candidate profiles in SuccessFactors and ATS systems.
- Coordinate with selected contractors to collect all required information for onboarding.
- Ensure documentation compliance for every onboarding case.
- Collaborate with Contract Managers to support contract preparation and validation.
- Share onboarding details with key internal stakeholders (IT, Security, Finance, Resourcing).
- Track onboarding progress and follow up on pending items.
- Manage contract extensions and off‐boarding activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractors throughout their journey with Syntax.
- Support quarterly follow‐ups regarding IT & Security compliance requirements.
- Identify roadblocks and improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date documentation of onboarding processes.
- Partner with the Operations Lead to support daily operations.

What We're Looking For

Required

- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, HR coordination, staffing, or onboarding (ideally in consulting or project‐based environments).
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors as a user.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment.
- Team player with confidence and a proactive attitude.
- English required.

Preferred

- Experience working with contractors, recruitment teams, or SAP project environments.
- Familiarity with contracts and onboarding documentation.
