The Recruiter & HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process while also supporting a broad range of Human Resources activities. This role will primarily focus on hiring for Operations, Customer Service, Administrative, Finance, and IT positions, while contributing to HR processes that support a distributed, remote workforce. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and fluent in advanced English, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and timelines.
- Recruit primarily for Operations, Customer Service, Administrative, Finance, and IT roles.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and reporting.

HR Support & Generalist Functions

- Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
- Assist with HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Support internal HR initiatives related to engagement, performance, and culture.
- Collaborate with other HR team members on process improvements and special projects.
- Serve as a point of contact for basic HR-related inquiries from employees.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment and/or Human Resources roles.
- Proven experience recruiting for Operations, Customer Service, Administrative, Finance, and/or IT positions.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting HR functions in a fully remote or international environment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR systems.
- Knowledge of U.S. employment practices is a plus.
