We're seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment strategies across technical and corporate functions.

This is more than filling roles—it's about shaping workforce solutions that connect top talent with opportunities across the U.S. and Mexico.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at building relationships, and bring both technical and cross-industry recruiting expertise, we want you on our team. This is an on-site position in Monterrey, where you'll join a high-energy team redefining cross-border staffing.

What You'll Do

- Lead the full recruitment cycle for IT positions and non-IT roles across industries.
- Develop sourcing strategies using hiring tools, job boards, referrals, and your own network.
- Partner with account managers to deliver talent solutions aligned with business needs.
- Drive interview coordination and feedback loops, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain ATS and reporting tools with precision, providing clear visibility into pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to set priorities, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations.

What You Bring

- 5+ years of IT recruiting experience.
- Proven success hiring for U.S.-based positions.
- Knowledge of U.S. tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
- Fluent English (written & spoken).
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, ATS platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- A proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience in a staffing agency or U.S. consulting firm.
- Recruiting background beyond IT (healthcare, finance, admin, automotive, retail).
- Familiarity with cross-border compliance and cultural nuances.
