About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and tech-oriented Homologation & IT Support Assistant to join our team in the cellphone industry. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate interested in mobile technology, product compliance, and IT operations. You will support homologation processes for mobile devices and assist with basic IT tasks within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Homologation Support (Mobile Devices)

- Assist in preparing documentation required for device certification and regulatory approval (NOM, IFETEL, carrier requirements, etc.).
- Coordinate with testing labs, certification bodies, and mobile carriers.
- Track the progress of device testing, approvals, and deadlines.
- Review technical specifications to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain updated records of homologation status for all products.

IT Support (Internal Systems)

- Provide first-level technical support to internal users (hardware, software, connectivity issues).
- Assist in setting up mobile devices, computers, and system configurations.
- Support basic network, email, and system troubleshooting.
- Help maintain IT inventory and equipment tracking.
- Coordinate with external IT service providers when needed.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems, or related fields) or IT-related degree.
- English proficiency (advanced) for communication with global teams and carriers.
- Strong interest in mobile technology, telecommunications, and device certification.
- Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and mobile device platforms (Android/iOS).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- EXPERIENCE SERVICE FOR CARRIERS

Preferred (Not Required)

- Internship or school project experience in telecommunications, mobile devices, or IT support.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards for mobile devices (NOM, SAR, RF, carrier testing).
- Familiarity with MDM tools or IT ticketing systems.
