Overview of the position:
Responsible for efficiently managing facilities and related services, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational excellence. The position oversees maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities (water, electricity), rentals, cafeteria services, fumigation, fire extinguishers, and mobile devices.

Typical tasks:
Administer and monitor employee wellness and welfare programs.
Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with maintenance, cleaning, and security service providers.
Coordinate and manage services such as utilities (CFE), fumigation, and cafeteria operations.
Organize and maintain accurate documentation for travel, wellness programs, and facility services.
Ensure timely resolution of issues and compliance with company standards and deadlines.
Plan and manage multiple suppliers to guarantee service quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational abilities.
Proven experience in negotiating with service providers and vendors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to manage diverse services and suppliers effectively.
