Descripción del puesto
Importante empresa internacional del sector tecnológico y seguridad pública está buscando un BWC & EMS Solution Lead para liderar la estrategia, preventa y expansión regional de sus soluciones de Body-Worn Cameras (BWC) y Evidence Management System (EMS) en Latinoamérica.
El candidato deberá estar ubicado en México.
Responsabilidades principales
- Liderar la estrategia comercial y técnica de la solución BWC + EMS en la región LATAM.
- Apoyar a equipos de ventas durante visitas con clientes, propuestas, demos y PoC.
- Analizar tendencias, necesidades del mercado y ecosistema de seguridad pública.
- Actuar como puente entre la región LATAM y el equipo de producto en HQ.
- Desarrollar propuestas técnicas, presentaciones y mensajes de valor.
- Identificar oportunidades de negocio y apoyar en la expansión regional.
- Participar en la implementación de pilotos y proyectos estratégicos.
Requisitos
- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
- Residencia en México (obligatorio).
- Titulación en Ingeniería: Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, TI o similar.
- +10 años de experiencia en preventa, ingeniería de soluciones o consultoría técnica.
- Experiencia sólida en BWC, EMS, CCTV, VMS, Smart City, Seguridad Pública o tecnologías afines.
- Conocimiento del ecosistema gubernamental y de seguridad pública en LATAM.
- Excelente comunicación y capacidad para presentar soluciones técnicas.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
Experiencia ideal previa (no excluyente)
- Empresas como: Axon, Avigilon, Reveal Media, Genetec, Hanwha, Axis, Bosch, Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview.
- Integradores de seguridad pública: Seguritech, Neoris, GlobalHitss, Soflex, Grupo SYM, TechOps, etc.
- Experiencia en proyectos de gobierno, ley y orden, videovigilancia o evidencia digital.
