Business Unit Description:

Bitron Group's Automotive Business Unit, led by Bitron Spa, is a leading global supplier with expertise in various components for the automotive market, such as Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), powertrain, transmissions, chassis, electric vehicles, motorcycles, and industrial vehicles. Our manufacturing plants are located in different parts of the world, which helps us be close to car manufacturers (OEMs) and find the best solutions for their needs, even for complex applications.

About the Role:

Actively participate in the assigned tasks of the Industrialization area, achieving at least 95% compliance with the department's objectives in the activities , order to ensure the fulfillment of internal KPIs during the internship period, in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs), and organizational strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

- Generate and update documentation for the Industrialization area.
- Conduct time and motion studies.
- Collect and analyze process data; create and maintain the Rabbit network.
- Perform capacity calculations (Takt Time, Cycle Time, Lead Time).
- Prepare and present analysis reports, including cost-benefit, efficiency, and continuous improvement proposals.
- Communicate with Process Engineers when process instructions are not executed according to standard.
- Attend required training sessions, successfully complete assigned courses, and apply acquired knowledge on the job.
- Comply with Internal Work Regulations, dress code, code of ethics, and other applicable policies.
- Participate in internal and external audits in coordination with Assembly Process Engineers, in accordance with applicable requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, CSRs, LPAs, etc.).
- Perform additional support activities as required to achieve process and organizational objectives.

- No prior work experience required.

Educational qualification:

- Industrial Engineer/Mechatronic Engineering.
