Buscamos un Travel Partner Excellence Manager en Cancún, un perfil estratégico, orientado a datos y con fuerte visión B2B, capaz de fortalecer relaciones clave, impulsar la mejora continua y asegurar una experiencia end-to-end consistente y de alta calidad para nuestros Travel Partners.

What will you do as a Manager, Travel Partner Excellence?
• Actuar como principal punto de contacto y representante de NexusTours ante Travel Partners
• Gestionar relaciones B2B estratégicas, asegurando altos estándares de calidad y servicio
• Monitorear KPIs de calidad (CSAT, NPS, complaint ratios, adoption levels, SLAs)
• Liderar planes de mejora continua basados en data y feedback operativo
• Coordinar reuniones periódicas con Travel Partners y equipos internos
• Traducir métricas y hallazgos en acciones concretas y sostenibles
• Asegurar la correcta adopción de nuevas promesas de servicio y estándares operativos
What do we expect from you?
Must-haves:
• Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito), con capacidad para liderar reuniones, negociaciones y presentaciones
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de Travel Partners o cuentas B2B en turismo, hospitality o DMC
• Fuerte dominio de métricas de calidad y herramientas operativas (KPIs, SLAs, CRM/ERP)
• Licenciatura concluida (Administración, Turismo, Hospitality, Negocios, Ingeniería, CX, Marketing o afín)
Nice-to-haves:
• Experiencia previa trabajando con modelos B2B en turismo u hospitalidad
• Conocimiento profundo de métricas de experiencia (CSAT, NPS, Sentiment Score)
• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos o iniciativas de mejora continua
