Job Title: Network Operations & Security Manager
Location: Tecnoparque – Azcapotzalco, Ciudad de México
Working Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Network Operations & Security Manager to lead our NOC team and ensure the stability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure. This role combines strategic leadership with technical expertise , requiring someone who can manage operations and step in for complex technical challenges when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in networking and IT infrastructure, with proven leadership experience in a NOC environment.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Switch & Router Management .
- Experience with EIGRP routing protocol.
- Expertise in Palo Alto Firewall Management .
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Operations: Manage and develop NOC engineers and analysts, oversee daily operations, and ensure efficient incident response.
- Network Monitoring & Optimization: Guarantee continuous monitoring, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network performance to minimize downtime.
- Incident & Change Management: Drive ITIL-compliant processes for incident handling and change control.
- Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on support for critical network and security tasks, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Deliver performance reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-effective solutions.
