Senior Spare Parts Manager – Join Our Team

Are you ready to lead and make an impact in the automotive industry? We’re looking for a Spare Parts Manager to drive our regional spare parts business, optimize inventory, and ensure supply chain stability—all while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute regional spare parts strategies aligned with business goals (inventory planning, pricing, and sales growth).
- Manage end-to-end inventory: forecasting demand, optimizing stock levels, and improving turnover rates.
- Build strong relationships with global HQ, local dealers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth supply and distribution.
- Optimize logistics and delivery networks to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Oversee budget planning, cost control, and profitability for the spare parts business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations while improving processes.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

- 8+ years in automotive spare parts, with at least 3–5 years in a management role.
- Proven track record in strategy, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Familiarity with regional spare parts markets.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, including cross-border collaboration.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.

Languages:

- Fluent English and Spanish required
