Additional Focus We are specifically looking for an Operations + Tech Lead —a systems-focused problem solver who ensures nothing breaks, everything runs smoothly, and we are constantly improving. What You'll Do: You'll serve as the go-to technical leader for optimizing our systems, eliminating inefficiencies, and layering in automation and AI where it counts most.
Implement & Manage Software : Ensure Data Accuracy : Audit systems and integrations for clean, accurate, and reportable data.
Report to Execs : Deliver regular updates, data dashboards, and key insights to the leadership team.
Solid understanding of coding standards , software implementation, and process documentation
Prior experience with tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, HubSpot, Slack, or similar
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
Must be available full-time, working in the Eastern Time Zone , and comfortable using screenshot/time tracking software (like TimeDoctor or Hubstaff)
#Experience with sustainability, logistics, or B2B services
Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Make.com , Hubspot, Retool, OpenAI API, and GPT integrations
