We're looking for a Technical Jack-of-All-Trades to spearhead our AI-driven transformation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of tech, systems thinking, and continuous process improvement.

Additional Focus

We are specifically looking for an Operations + Tech Lead—a systems-focused problem solver who ensures nothing breaks, everything runs smoothly, and we are constantly improving. This person will think holistically about operations, build scalable systems, and maintain the stability and reliability of our technical infrastructure while driving innovation.

What You'll Do:

You'll serve as the go-to technical leader for optimizing our systems, eliminating inefficiencies, and layering in automation and AI where it counts most.

- Audit & Improve Tech Stack: Clean up and streamline current tech infrastructure and workflows.
- Lead AI Implementation: Use .ai to enhance roles, automate redundant tasks, and replace inefficient processes.
- Build & Maintain Automations: Set up, manage, and continuously improve automations across departments.
- Develop SOPs: Create easy-to-follow standard operating procedures for tech processes and team workflows.
- Provide Tech Support: Act as tech support for both internal teams and external customers.
- Implement & Manage Software: Research, onboard, and roll out new tools that improve team efficiency.
- Be the Tech Translator: Serve as the bridge between the executive team and development partners or third-party vendors.
- Ensure Data Accuracy: Audit systems and integrations for clean, accurate, and reportable data.
- Lead Internal Dev Work: Manage any light development tasks or guide external developers when needed.
- Report to Execs: Deliver regular updates, data dashboards, and key insights to the leadership team.

What You Bring:

- Proven experience working in technical operations, automation, AI implementation, or a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools, prompt engineering, and implementation best practices
- Experience managing or working alongside engineering/dev teams
- Solid understanding of coding standards, software implementation, and process documentation
- Ability to create clear SOPs and think systematically
- Prior experience with tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, HubSpot, Slack, or similar
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Must be available full-time, working in the Eastern Time Zone, and comfortable using screenshot/time tracking software (like TimeDoctor or Hubstaff)

- Startup or fast-scaling company experience
- Experience with sustainability, logistics, or B2B services
- Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Make.com, Hubspot, Retool, OpenAI API, and GPT integrations
