Remote Business Development Representative (This Role Won't Be Open for Long) We're Great Marketing AI, a California-based performance marketing agency powered by AI, human strategy, and full-funnel execution. Now, we're looking for a Business Development Representative (Appointment Setter) based in LATAM to help us expand our pipeline, nurture warm leads, and book qualified sales calls for our team. Title: Business Development Representative (Appt Setter) Employment Status: Full-time Location: Remote Compensation: Competitive salary + performance bonuses (DOE) We're a California-based performance marketing agency, founded by UC Berkeley grads (including a former Microsoft engineer) who blend cutting-edge AI with deep funnel strategy to drive explosive client growth. We've worked with heavy hitters like Neil Patel and NP Digital, and helped brands scale from $10K/mo to over $1M/mo in revenue. Our culture is built on speed, ownership, testing, and radical clarity. If you want slow meetings and corporate politics, this isn't your place.
