Descripción

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the modular construction.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals effectively.

Perfil buscado

A successful Senior BDM should have:

- Strong knowledge of the modular construction sector.

- 5+ years of proven experience in sales and business development roles.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.

- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and sales data.

- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.

- English fluency 100%
