BDM - Business Development Manager

The BDM is responsible for acquiring new corporate accounts and driving profitable growth across the region.
This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads through sales calls, face-to-face meetings, networking activities, and the preparation of high-quality commercial materials. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, creating customized proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding of new clients. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in a results-driven environment.
What Are We Looking For?
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or corporate services
- Proven track record of acquiring new business and achieving commercial targets
- Experience preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English (mandatory)
and Spanish - Knowledge of the travel industry (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Working Conditions
- 4 days working from the Mexico City office + 1 day working from home
- Standard business hours with flexibility for client meetings and events
- Occasional travel required for meetings, events, or prospect engagements
