The Role
We are looking for a Contracts and Coporate Affairs Specialist , which role is responsible for following up and ensure the correct implementation of the contract legal strategy and full compliance of the corporate governance strategy.
Promptly Legal Advice and Support to all Departments of GWM ensure the best legal strategy and mitigation of risks as contracts and regulatory level, risk assestments
Responsibilities
- Draft and rewiew all type of Agreements and Legal Documents
- Negotiate and follow up on negotiations with Dealers, Vendor, Agencies, Suppliers, Third Parties and Other
- Draft and review all type of Corporate Documents (Shareholders Meetings, PoA´s, Board Minute Meetings, Corporate Governance Manual, Etc
- Due Dilligence Dealers and Suppliers
- Archive and Storage of Legal Documents
- Records Management
- Follow up and Review of the Legal Policies and Procedures
- Intelectual Property Managment and Monitor IMPI registrations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Law.
- Experience in Commercial Law, Civil Law, Corporate Governance.
- Experience in the automotive industry or similar manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years experience.
- Communication skills and availability to travel.
- Fluent English is a must.
