With over 70 holding subsidiaries, GWM has more than 59,000 employees.For more info visit our website GWM Group (gwm-global.com)The RoleWe are looking for a Contracts and Coporate Affairs Specialist , which role is responsible for following up and ensure the correct implementation of the contract legal strategy and full compliance of the corporate governance strategy.Promptly Legal Advice and Support to all Departments of GWM ensure the best legal strategy and mitigation of risks as contracts and regulatory level, risk assestmentsResponsibilitiesDraft and rewiew all type of Agreements and Legal DocumentsNegotiate and follow up on negotiations with Dealers, Vendor, Agencies, Suppliers, Third Parties and OtherDraft and review all type of Corporate Documents (Shareholders Meetings, Po A ́s, Board Minute Meetings, Corporate Governance Manual, EtcDue Dilligence Dealers and SuppliersArchive and Storage of Legal DocumentsRecords ManagementFollow up and Review of the Legal Policies and ProceduresIntelectual Property Managment and Monitor IMPI registrationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Law.Experience in Commercial Law, Civil Law, Corporate Governance.Experience in the automotive industry or similar manufacturing environments is highly preferred.Minimum of 4 years experience.Communication skills and availability to travel.Fluent English is a must.
