Senior Transaction Advisory Services Consultant

Forvis Mazars is hiring a Senior Transaction Services Professional – Mexico City (LatAm focus) At Forvis Mazars Mexico , we are expanding our Transaction Services practice and seeking a motivated Senior professional to join our team in Mexico , one of the fastest-growing hubs for M&A and cross-border deals in LatAM. In this role, you will lead financial due diligence engagements (buy-side and sell-side), help clients assess opportunities and risks, and collaborate with international teams across the U.S. and LatAm. Key Responsibilities Conduct financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions. Analyze financial performance and operational results of target companies. Prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and identify key diligence issues and value drivers. Evaluate financial trends, normalize EBITDA, and identify post-transaction risks or synergies. Lead client meetings and support executive discussions. Collaborate with teams in Mexico, U.S., and LatAm to deliver cross-border projects. Build robust financial models for analysis and valuation. Supervise and mentor junior team members. Contribute to business development, proposals, and client presentations. Stay current on M&A trends and best practices. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Transaction Services, M&A advisory, or financial due diligence (consulting). Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment. English Proficient. Experience working with U.S. or international clients is highly desirable. What can we offer?
