Role Description

We are seeking a driven Sr Manager FP&A for a full-time, on-site position located in Monterrey, NLE. This role encompasses preparing detailed financial planning and analysis, creating insightful financial models, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The Sr Manager FP&A will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze complex financial data to drive strategic decision-making, and improve overall organizational performance. Additionally, the role involves monitoring financial results and identifying potential opportunities for business growth and cost optimization.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Financial Planning and a strong understanding of Finance principles
- English at a professional level
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in Financial Modeling, as well as Budgeting & Forecasting
- Solid communication and presentation skills to report on financial performance
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; an advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, MBA) is a plus
- Experience with tools and software for financial analysis and reporting
- Proven success in a management and leadership role in FP&A
