About the Role

Changan is looking for an Insurance and Fleet Specialist Aftersales to lead insurance agreements and fleet service programs across our dealer network. This role ensures smooth coordination with insurance companies and fleet clients, driving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Negotiate and manage national agreements with insurance companies
- Ensure accident claims are handled at authorized service centers (Back to Brand)
- Audit and certify body & paint shops for compliance
- Develop technical training programs for dealer staff
- Act as the main contact for key fleet clients and ensure SLA compliance
- Track KPIs like turnaround time, uptime, and service cost per km
- Drive digitalization and process improvements for fleet workflows

Required Skills

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and data analysis abilities
- Advanced knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Experience in insurance handling, body & paint management, and fleet service
