This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.Build and facilitate relationships with the Insurance Brokers, Clients and Division of Motor Vehicles to better understand current/future regulations and rules in each state. Audit, document and communicate insurance requirements and regulations by State/Jurisdiction and maintain changes in system. Provide consulting services for clients’ various needs.Review and audit insurance certificates, making decisions based on customer contractual documentation and accordance with pre-set company compliance requirements. Accountable for maintaining process control and mitigation of risk associated with insurance coverage and mailing of insurance cards to drivers.Facilitate and resolve issues preventing the completion of a regulatory compliance of vehicles title or registration-related activities and manage State Insurance Suspensions and Plates CancellationsManage State Insurance suspension complianceQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in an administrative area or related- 2-3 years professional experience in office environment- MS Office (Excel - ability to add data to cells, use SUM function, sort data and Word - ability to create documents)- Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience communicating with external stakeholders- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to manage time, prioritize multiple tasks and focus on detail- Strong work ethic and proactive collaboration skills- Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization, able to shift to different prioritiesWhat’s in it for You- A culture of innovation, empowerment, decision-making, and accountability- Comprehensive health and welfare benefits that serve the needs of you and your family and foster a culture of wellness- Additional benefits and amenities, including paid time-off programs (vacation, sick leave, and holidays)- Hybrid work environment for most positions- or call _- ._- Read more about our _- Culture_- ._- Learn about the _- Technology_- and _- Fleet Services_- we offer our clients._
