Role Description
Equip-Test Inc. is seeking an inside sales assistant based in Guadalajara or other parts of Mexico, to serve customers across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The role involves providing real-time support to clients in the Americas, ensuring timely responses, quotations, and follow-ups to enhance order volume success rates. Job is full time role job. This position is remote, allowing for work from a home office. Candidates are expected to possess fluency in both English and Spanish, along with experience in PCBA and wire harness testing.
The Inside Sales Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as communication with customers, calling potencial new customers, providing excellent customer service, processing orders, and supporting the plants in Europe with useful information for fast processing of orders.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or Ellectrical Technician or Engineering Degree
- Experience and hard working
- Fluent in english, spanish and possibly french
