Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Inside Sales Representative located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative role involves being in-charge of leading strategies to grow the Infinex and Component Services businesses to drive solutions for our internal & external customers resulting in increased revenue and margin for the company.
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Directly interface as the primary daily point of contact with our internal and external customers._
- _ Collaborate closely with Inside Sales Manager and ISR team members, Business Development Directors, Program management, Site teams, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience._
- _ Build and maintain strong relationships with our internal customers._
- _ Support and resolve the ISM for external customers, ensuring the customers’ needs are met and issues are resolved promptly._
- _ Participate in customer meetings and business reviews as needed._
- _ Support the Inside Sales Manager and the Business Development leader on the implementation and expansion of customers at the site level._
- _ Work with Flex site teams to manage inventory levels & claims._
- _ Share insights and best practices with team members to enhance overall sales effectiveness._
- _ Track the customer’s sales activities through sales order fulfillment._
- _ Provide consultative guidance and recommendations to help our customers find the best solution for their needs._
- _ Allocations & FOL cycles review with Flex sites._
- _ Able to generate its own sales pipeline and close sales on weekly basis._
- _ Travel as required_
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field or equivalent experience._
- _ Previous or related experience._
- _ Proven experience in sales or customer services, preferably in Component Distribution or EMS Materials, Project Management, Supply Chain, or similar_
- _ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in native language and English_
- _ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and operations_
- _ Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-drive environment_
- _ Knowledge of component products and distribution channels is a plus_
- _ Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists._
- _ Ability to proactively identify new business opportunities and pursue them independently._
