The company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer who can architect, build, and optimize production-grade machine learning systems. Someone who understands the full lifecycle—from research and prototyping to scalable deployment—and is comfortable working with LLMs, multi-agent systems, vector search, and complex data pipelines. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who loves solving hard problems, designing elegant systems, and pushing the boundaries of applied AI. Design high-performance pipelines for training, inference, and data processing Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to ship reliable AI features Implement robust testing, monitoring, and observability across ML systems Optimize performance, latency, and cost across production workloads Strong software engineering fundamentals (Python required; bonus for Go, Rust, or Typescript) Experience building scalable ML or distributed systems in a cloud environment Familiarity with vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and inference optimization The culture is hands-on, transparent, highly collaborative, and focused on creating technology that enhances—not replaces—human capability.
