Main Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection (LATAM – Mexico and regional countries)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate, specialized, administrative, and operational positions.
- Align job profiles, publish vacancies, perform headhunting, and conduct initial and technical interviews.
- Evaluate candidates using competency-based selection methodology.
- Coordinate psychometric and technical assessments.
- Present candidate shortlists and support the preparation of compensation proposals.
- Coordinate onboarding, ensuring a complete and effective enablement for new hires.
- Collaborate consistently with regional and global teams.
Training & Development
- Conduct and manage the Training Needs Analysis (TNA / DNC).
- Manage internal training programs, including logistics, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
- Follow up on the 9-Box talent mapping and support leadership and talent development initiatives.
- Support onboarding, induction, and internal learning programs.
Requirements
- 4 years of verifiable experience in recruitment (national or regional).
- Experience in competency-based selection / interviewing.
- Proven experience managing full end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Advanced English (conversational and professional reading).
- Experience in training management, TNA (DNC), or 9-Box is a plus.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency.
