Sobre el rol: Estamos buscando un payroll specialist con un background en RRHH.
Serás el punto de contacto principal para nuestros clientes, combinando experiencia en producto, conocimiento en nómina y excelencia operativa para garantizar su éxito continuo.
Este rol es altamente colaborativo y orientado al cliente, trabajando con equipos internos y socios tecnológicos para gestionar procesos recurrentes, resolver discrepancias y proponer mejoras escalables.
Responsabilidades:
- Gestionar la relación integral con el cliente, asegurando coordinación, satisfacción y retención.
- Ejecutar operaciones de nómina de manera precisa y puntual, cumpliendo normativas federales, estatales y locales.
- Auditar y conciliar datos (salarios, impuestos, beneficios) para detectar discrepancias antes de los plazos.
- Optimizar procesos del cliente mediante mejoras que impulsen eficiencia y cumplimiento.
- Colaborar con equipos internos y proveedores para resolver incidencias y comunicar resultados.
- Monitorear cuentas para anticipar riesgos relacionados con impuestos y normativas.
- Documentar y mejorar flujos de trabajo para garantizar escalabilidad y consistencia.
Perfil:
- 3+ años de experiencia en operaciones de nómina, servicios gestionados o consultoría en entornos SaaS/HCM.
- Conocimiento sólido de principios de nómina (impuestos, deducciones, reportes) y normativas de RRHH.
- Experiencia con sistemas HRIS (Rippling, Workday, Gusto, UKG, ADP, Deel).
- Excelente comunicación en idioma inglés.
- Dominio de Google Sheets/Excel y experiencia en entornos SaaS o servicios gestionados.

- Atención y resolución de consultas sobre comprobantes de pago (pay stubs)

- Tramitación de beneficios por desempleo
- Administración de embargos salariales (garnishments)
- Procesamiento completo de nómina
- Aplicación y seguimiento de políticas de administración de licencias
