Project Assistant / Junior Project Manager — Ciudad de México Empresa internacional dedicada a la comercialización y distribución de alimentos , con operaciones en Europa y Latinoamérica. Desde nuestra sede en Europa impulsamos nuevas líneas de negocio , innovación de productos y proyectos estratégicos para el mercado mexicano.
Buscamos un/a Project Assistant / Junior Project Manager con mentalidad hands-on , que disfrute ejecutar, coordinar y dar seguimiento en campo a proyectos estratégicos.

#Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a proyectos definidos por el Project Manager (basado en Europa).
Coordinar con equipos locales y proveedores para asegurar tiempos, entregables y estándares de calidad.
Apoyar en el desarrollo de nuevos productos, activaciones y lanzamientos.
Realizar visitas a campo para supervisar la correcta ejecución en tiendas y puntos de venta.
Elaborar reportes de avance, métricas y resultados para la oficina central en Europa.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento en el mercado mexicano.
Mantener una comunicación fluida y constante con el equipo en Europa.

#Formación en Administración, Mercadotecnia, Negocios Internacionales o afín.
~ Experiencia en la industria alimentaria o FMCG.
~3–6 años de experiencia en marketing operativo, trade marketing o gestión de proyectos (ajustable según rango salarial).
~ Capacidad para gestionar varios proyectos simultáneamente.
~ Manejo de herramientas como Excel, PowerPoint, Trello, Asana o similares.
~ Inglés intermedio–avanzado indispensable.
