Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate IBP/PPDS Trainer/Consultant fluent in Spanish to lead onsite training initiatives that support the successful implementation and adoption of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Bristlecone team, understanding client needs and effectively communicating them internally.
- Facilitate onsite training sessions and workshops to enable cross-functional alignment and capability building across supply chain, finance, and commercial teams.
- Focus on training, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge transfer, rather than directly implementing IBP/PPDS solutions.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can translate client requirements into actionable insights for the Bristlecone team, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment of IBP processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured IBP training programs in Spanish/English to diverse business units.
- Customize training content to reflect local business practices and cultural nuances.
- Facilitate workshops on IBP principles, tools (e.g., SAP IBP), and change management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and design learning paths.
- Provide post-training support, coaching, and feedback sessions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness and materials.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Training Completion Rate: % of employees successfully completing IBP training modules.
- Knowledge Retention Score: Pre- and post-training assessment scores.
- User Adoption Rate: % of trained users actively using IBP tools and processes.
- Feedback Rating: Average satisfaction score from training participants.
- Training Impact: Improvement in planning accuracy, forecast reliability, or cross-functional collaboration post-training.
- Support Resolution Time: Average time to resolve post-training queries or issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- 3+ years of experience in IBP training or supply chain planning roles.
- Strong knowledge of IBP processes, S&OP, and planning tools (preferably SAP IBP).
- Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite across regional locations.

- Communication: Clear, engaging, and culturally sensitive communication style.
- Empathy: Ability to understand learner challenges and adapt accordingly.
- Facilitation: Skilled in leading interactive sessions and managing group dynamics.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to address training-related issues or resistance.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic environments with diverse teams.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple training schedules and priorities.
Desired Qualifications Not Mandatory:
- Certification in Supply Chain Management, SAP IBP, or Corporate Training.
- Experience working in multinational or bilingual environments.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and analytics tools.
