Air Charter Service is a global leader in cargo charter solutions, supporting humanitarian relief, dangerous goods, animal transportation, and pharmaceutical logistics.

Our Cargo team manages the entire sales cycle, delivering fast, tailored, and high-quality solutions—so our clients simply board their freight.

ACS Mexico City is looking for a driven, customer-focused sales professional ready to go the extra mile and build long-term client relationships.

A Day in the Life

- Build and research a pipeline of potential clients (databases, LinkedIn, trade press, websites)
- Proactively engage prospects via calls, emails, and meetings (virtual & face-to-face)
- Build strong relationships with Cargo Operators to access a wide range of aircraft
- Maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Work toward sales targets and financial objectives
- Develop expert knowledge of aircraft and the chartering process
- Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion
- Handle urgent inbound charter requests (virtually 24/7)
- Present tailored quotes demonstrating strong commercial awareness
- Monitor and oversee flight departures (may include unsociable hours)

What We're Looking For

- Strong client-relationship mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in aviation and sales
- High attention to detail
- Confident, resilient, and results-driven
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Bilingual: English & Spanish
- No previous aviation experience required
- US visa is required; it could be a B1/B2 Tourist visa
