Our Cargo team manages the entire sales cycle, delivering fast, tailored, and high-quality solutions—so our clients simply board their freight.

ACS Mexico City is looking for a driven, customer-focused sales professional ready to go the extra mile and build long-term client relationships.

🔄 A Day in the Life

- 🔍 Build and research a pipeline of potential clients (databases, LinkedIn, trade press, websites)
- 📞 Proactively engage prospects via calls, emails, and meetings (virtual & face-to-face)
- 🤝 Build strong relationships with Cargo Operators to access a wide range of aircraft
- 🔁 Maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business
- 🎯 Work toward sales targets and financial objectives
- ✈️ Develop expert knowledge of aircraft and the chartering process
- 📋 Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion
- ⏰ Handle urgent inbound charter requests (virtually 24/7)
- 💰 Present tailored quotes demonstrating strong commercial awareness
- 👀 Monitor and oversee flight departures (may include unsociable hours)
