Objetivo del puesto:
Planear, coordinar y supervisar la ejecución operativa de los procesos inmobiliarios, asegurando el cumplimiento de tiempos, calidad, cierres efectivos y desempeño del equipo, mediante metodologías de seguimiento, capacitación continua y medición de KPIs.

- Gestión de renovaciones
- Supervisión y cierre de operaciones

- Optimización y estandarización de procesos
- Reporteo a dirección
