Position Overview

The LatAm Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of regional marketing initiatives across Latin America, working closely with internal teams, distributors, and partners. This role focuses on coordinating digital marketing activities, events, content, and marketing materials to support lead generation, partner development, and brand consistency across Spanish-speaking markets.

Position Profile

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing.

2. Experience working with multi-country or regional teams in Latin America.

3. Ideally experience in B2B environments and/or the Solar industry.

4. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.

5. English proficiency of at least 80%, with the ability to communicate fluently in professional and cross-functional environments.

6. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced environment.

8. Experience supporting or collaborating closely with sales teams and aligning marketing activities with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute digital marketing initiatives for the Latin American region in alignment with global marketing objectives.

• Plan, manage, and support webinars and digital advertising campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generation in LatAm.

• Maintain and update Spanish-language website content and coordinate the translation and creation of S-5 blog content for Spanish-speaking markets.

• Support lead generation and follow-up activities in coordination with regional sales teams.

• Plan and coordinate marketing events across Mexico, Central America & the Caribbean, and South America.

• Coordinate the development, management, and distribution of marketing materials, including translations, brochures, graphics, souvenirs, and roof samples, ensuring availability for partners and events.

• Support partner development by serving as a key marketing contact for distributors, coordinating event dates, material shipments, and addressing ongoing marketing needs to support their growth and regional activities.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional teams to ensure timely execution, consistency, and alignment across all LatAm marketing initiatives.
